Affiliate Agreement

Introduction: This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“Affiliate”) and Janette Foreman, the owner and operator of PLR Boutique (“Company”), regarding your participation in the PLR Boutique Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
Affiliate Status: By signing up for the Program, you are granted the status of an affiliate of the Company and are authorized to promote PLR Boutique and its products, earn commissions on sales made through your unique affiliate link, and use any marketing materials if provided by the Company. Your status as an affiliate is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Commission Structure: As an affiliate of PLR Boutique, you will earn a commission on each sale made through your unique affiliate link. The current commission rate is 50%. The commission rate is subject to change at the discretion of the Company.
Payment Terms: Commissions earned by Affiliates will be paid on a monthly basis on the 1st of the month. Payments will be made via PayPal. The minimum threshold for payment is $20.
Marketing Materials: The Company will on occasion provide you with marketing materials, such as banners, links, and product descriptions, to assist you in promoting PLR Boutique, though there may also be occasions where no marketing materials are provided. You agree to use these materials only in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Company’s guidelines for affiliate marketing.
Restrictions: You may not engage in any unsolicited advertising or marketing efforts, including but not limited to spamming, to promote PLR Boutique. You may not use the PLR Boutique logo or any other copyrighted materials belonging to the Company without prior written consent from the Company. You may not make any false or misleading statements about PLR Boutique or its products.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you will immediately cease promoting PLR Boutique and using the marketing materials provided by the Company. Commissions earned prior to termination will be paid in accordance with the payment terms outlined in this Agreement.
Limitation of Liability: The Company will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program.
Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which PLR Boutique is based.
